ELLA MAY BRANSFIELD
BRANSFIELD, ELLA MAY It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ella May Bransfield, wife of the late Steven Bransfield on June 16, 2006, surrounded by her family at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Carroll's Crossing, NB she was a daughter of the late Hedley and Madeline (Forester) Bransfield. Ella May was employed with Irving for 20 years as a tree planter and for the past eight years she has been employed doing home care. She is survived by her children, Theodore (Valerie) of Alberta, Haley of Ontario, Madeline (Jack) of Nova Scotia, Johnny (Molly) of Carroll's Crossing, and Marjorie of Alberta. Also survived by her 10 grandchildren, John and Pamela MacMaster, Ocean, Lillian, John, Steven, Josh, Jordon, Brandon and Justin Bransfield. Ella May will be sadly missed by her siblings Percey (Betty), Jack, Alice Edmond (Pat), and close friend Tom Balash. Besides her husband and parents, Ella May was predeceased by her siblings, Bill and Ernest Price, Margarie (Price) King and Mary (Price) Bransfield. Visitation will take place at Miramichi Valley Funeral Home, 7681 Route 8, New Bandon, NB on Monday from 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at 11 am from Our Lady of the Annunciation, Doaktown, NB with Father Mark Trzop as celebrant. Interment will take place in St. Joachim's Cemetery, Boiestown, NB. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the St. Joachim's Cemetery Fund.
