MADORE, VALET & ANGELA The death of Angela Madore of the Anderson Road, occurred on July 25, 2006 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital at the age of 71 and the death of Valet Madore of the Anderson Road, occurred on July 26, 2006 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital at the age of 79. Angela was born in New Denmark, NB, she was the daughter of the late Neils and Clara Christensen and Valet was born in Drummond, NB, he was the son of the late Francois and Mina Madore. What can we say about Mom except she loved being a mother and grandmother. Her greatest joy in life was having all her family home and cooking for everyone. We will miss her and thank God for her. Dad was a man of hospitality. His home was a place where all was welcome and a cup was always brewing. They are survived by their children, Deborah, (Royce) Keenan of Burton, NB, Valerie (Rev. Eric) Phinney of Rothesay, NB, Kendall (Mary) Madore of Plaster Rock, NB, Gerry Madore of Hamilton, ON, Jennifer (Danny) Roy of Burtts Corner, NB and Stacy (Lysa) Madore of Oromocto, NB; 21 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Angela is survived by three sisters, Teresa Madore of Anderson Road, Bernadette Eccleston of Plaster Rock and Ann McCarthy of Grand Falls. Valet is also survived by one sister, Irene Carvell and one brother, Joe (Lenora) Madore both of the McLaughlin Road; also nieces and nephews. Predeceased by their parents, granddaugther, Sarah Roy and brothers and sisters. Resting at White's Chapel, Plaster Rock with visiting hrs on Thursday, July 27th from 2 to 9 pm. Thursday evening at 8:30 pm there will be parish prayers and sharing of memories for Angela and Valet. Funeral service will be held for both on Friday, July 28th at 2 pm from Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Plaster Rock with Father Jeff Doucette officiating. Interment in Saint Theresa's Church Cemetery Anderson Road. Memorial donations to Saint Thomas Aquinas Church Building Fund, Donald Fraser Memorial School Breakfast Program or donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
