Beloved wife of Ralph Smith predeceased 1992; Loving Mother of Norma Kowal of Sudbury, Judy Darragh of Calgary, Michael Estey of Vancouver and Wendy Van Ginkle (Bill) of Hamilton. Cherished grandmother of special granddaughter Danielle Kowal of Sudbury, 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Dear daughter of Norman and Mabel Boulter both predeceased. Dear sister of Jessie Saunders, Gertrude Canney, Greta Palmer, Shirley Finney (Jack), Barbara Smith (Reid), Gordon predeceased (Lee), Hazen (Rosaline), Lloyd (Verna) and James (Becky) all of New Brunswick, Ken (Florence) of Alberta and Harold (Joan) of B.C. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. She was born in Gagetown, N.B., and has lived in Sudbury the past 14 years. Doris was a past member of the 50 plus club, St. Mark's Church and The Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Axillary. She was an avid bowler and loved to travel. Special thanks to Extendicare York staff for their care and compassion. Memorial Service in the Lougheed Funeral Home, 252 Regent St at Hazel St. Tuesday, August 22nd, 2006 at 1 pm. Interment in the White Brick Cemetery Ancaster. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. (Friends may gather after 12:45pm Tuesday.)
