GAUNCE, KATHLEEN M. The passing of Kathleen May Gaunce of Gagetown, NB occurred at the Oromocto Public Hospital on Friday, November 10, 2006. She was 81. Born at Pleasant Villa, NB on March 7, 1925, she was the daughter of the late John P. and Maude V. (Gosden) Clingo. Kathleen was a member of St. John's Anglican Church, Gagetown, NB. Survived by a daughter, Patricia Miner of Fredericton; a grandson, Joey Miner (Tammi Noble) of Fredericton; a granddaughter, Angie Miner (Bob Doyle) of Douglas; three great grandchildren, Caleb Miner, Sydney and Kassie Doyle; a step-daughter, Barbara Alva (Albert) of Colorado, USA; three step-grandsons, Paul, Eric and Peter Alva; two sisters, Marjorie Burgess and Joan Moore both of Fredericton; one brother, Keith Clingo of Quispamsis; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents; husband, George F. Gaunce; son-in-law, Merlin Miner; a brother, Derek Clingo; and a sister, Eileen Ebbett. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, where visitation will be held Sunday, November 12, 2006 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from St. John's Anglican Church, Gagetown, NB on Monday at 2:00 pm with Father Gerry Laskey officiating. Interment in the Upper Hampstead Cemetery.
