JONES, EDNA HELENA (McGRATH) The passing of Edna Helena (McGrath) Jones of Fredericton, wife of the late Durward Jones, occurred on Saturday, December 2nd, 2006 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on March 26th, 1921 in Springfield, NB she was the daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Mazeralle) McGrath. Edna was a member of St. Dunstan's Roman Catholic Church. Edna is survived by one sister, Sally Wheaton of Fredericton, NB; as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she is predeceased by one brother, Franklin McGrath; and three sisters, Mona Goodine, Nora Williams and Josephine O'Connor. There will be no visitation by request of the family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Dunstan's Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, December 5th, 2006 at 12 Noon with Rev. Gerald M. White as celebrant. Interment will take place at Sunny Bank Cemetery, Fredericton, NB.
