MARGARET CLARA LOUNDER
LOUNDER, MARGARET CLARA The death of Margaret C. Lounder of Fredericton and formerly of McAdam occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Monday, December 11, 2006 at the age of 82. Born in Jacquet River, NB she was a daughter of the late Paul and Emma (Goodine) Furlong. She was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Womens Auxilliary in McAdam. She enjoyed playing crib with her husband and enjoyed spending many happy times with family and friends at their camp at Spednik Lake. Survived by her husband of 60 years Frank who she was so devoted to with such a caring and loving manner; son Walter (Sharon) Lounder of Kentucky (formerly of McAdam); daughter Janet Landry (Richard) of Moncton; four precious grandchildren Tracy (Ross) Piercy of McAdam, Tara Landry of Halifax, Matthew and Chris Landry both of Moncton; two great-grandchildren Courtney and Meghan Piercy; sisters Ethel McGregor, Ruby Lawless, Hilda Moran and Lou Mann; several nieces, nephews, cousins; and Tracy Piercy's mom Ella of McAdam. Predeceased by her brother Walter Furlong; sisters Dot Guitard, Leona McGregor and Mary Legacy. Resting at Bishops Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Rd. with visiting on Thursday December 14, 2006 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Bishops Funeral Home Chapel on Friday December 15, 2006 at 1:00PM with Rev. Will Patterson officiating. Interment will be held at the Rockland Cemetery, McAdam in the spring. For those who wish, memorial donations can be made to the NB Heart and Stroke Fund or charity of the donors choice.
