DAUPHINEE, MARGARET ELIZABETH (PEG) Age 91, passed away at the QE11 Halifax Infirmary December 12th, 2006 after several months of failing health. She was the last member of her immediate family. Predeceased by her parents, George and Margaret Lenaghan, her husband Clarence (1963) and her brother Roy of Tantallon. She is survived by her son Wayne and his wife Dorothy of New Maryland, N.B. and her two granddaughters Susan (Jason) Chakravorty of Beechville, NS and Sarah Dauphinee of Sydney, Australia. Also two great grandchildren Jacob and Madison of Beechville. Peg worked for a short period of time with NS Light and Power and also Pennington's Ladies Shop. Living at Northwood Terrace for the last 15 years she enjoyed the friendship of the other residents and kept busy doing crafts for the Resident and Church Bazaars. As was her request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place and interment will be held in the spring at Fairview Cemetery in Halifax. Donations to Salvation Army or personal choice in Peg's memory would be appreciated. Arrangements are being conducted by Snow's Funeral Home, Halifax.
