BURT, MARGARET (PEGGY) A. The passing of Margaret (Peggy) Agnes (Mann) Burt of Fredericton occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Saturday, January 13, 2007 at the age of 81. She was born February 19, 1925 in Sydney, NS. In her younger years, Peggy was an avid golfer and curler and as a young girl she excelled at tennis. One of her greatest pleasures was swimming in her swimming pool. She was a member of the Capital Winter Club and the Fredericton Golf Club. Peggy is survived by her husband of 56 years, Otto B. Burt and a son Charles Burt of Fredericton. Also survived by dear friends, Don and Louise McConaghy. By request, there will be no visitation. A memorial service for Peggy will be held from Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, on Thursday, January 18, 2007 at 1:30 PM. Rev. Reg Miller will officiate.
