FOX, NEAL ALLEN The death of Neal Allen Fox of Fredericton, husband of Norma (Anderson) Fox occurred on Monday, February 12, 2007 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton, NB. Born in Pokiok, NB, he was a son of the late Allen and Laura (Lockhard) Fox. Neal was a G.M. Diesel Mechanic with Mussens of Canada Ltd, Seaboard G.M. Diesel and later was self-employed. He was a member of the Nashwaaksis United Church, a founding member of the MickMack Trailer Club and a member of the United Commercial Travelers. Besides his wife, of 55 years, Neal is survived by one son, Dean (Sheila) Fox of Douglas; one daughter, Heather Wilson of Fredericton; three grandchildren, Corey and Christopher Wilson and Kate-Lynn Fox; one brother, Lee (Jan) Fox of Brampton, On., and one sister Mavis Byram of Pokiok, NB; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by six brothers, Elbridge, Aubrey, Elwood, Arnold, Ersul, and Ellis Fox; two sisters, Marie Davidson and Shirley MacFarlane. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton on Tuesday from 7 to 9 pm and Wednesday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2007 at 2 pm from the Nashwaaksis United Church. Interment will be held in the Douglas Rural Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service are Nephews: Olan Fox, Garnet Fox, Dana Fox, Andy Fox, Jamie Anderson and Allison Fisk. Honourary Pallbearers are Glendon Trail, Willard Fraser, Eldon MacNeill, Percy Amos and Joe Mahoney. For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Diabetes Association, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
