Myrtle J. Stewart passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2008, 4 years to the day of her husband's passing. Myrtle was born on February 17, 1929 in the McTaggart district, Sask. Predeceased by her parents, her husband Irvin in 2004, one brother and two sisters, Myrtle is survived by three daughters: Carol (Darrell) Watson, Gail Stewart (Dale Petersen) and Fay Kober; seven grandchildren, Crystal, Nytosha and Katrina Kober; Nicole, Anita and Jason Watson and Curtis Mullen; eleven great-grandchildren; brother Albert (Olive) Jackson, and sister Hazel Howell; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be held at W.J. Jones & Son Chapel on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 1:30 pm. Pastor John McCubbing will officiate. Cremation will follow with private family memorialization at the McTaggart Cemetery at a later date. Visitation for family and friends will be held Tuesday evening (Sept. 23), 7 - 9 pm at the Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
