TOOLE, GLADYS MARLENE The death of Gladys Marlene Toole of Oromocto, NB occurred March 2nd, 2007. Born in Glace Bay, NS. She is the daughter of Tom and Shirley Burke of Geary, NB and wife of Karl Toole of Oromocto. A life long volunteer Gladys was actively involved with the St. John's Anglican Church Sunday School, various charitable organizations, and had a particular fondness for the NB Special Olympic program. Gladys is survived by her husband Karl, two sons Kevin and Stephen of Oromocto, NB her parents, one sister, Shirley-Anne (Doug) Weber of Westbank, BC, two brothers, Tim (Donna) Burke of Moncton, NB and Mark (Gail) Burke of Edmonton, AB, several brother-in-law's, sister-in-law's, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home on Sunday, March 4th, 2007 from 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held from St. John's Anglican Church, Oromocto, NB on Monday, March 5th, 2007, at 2:00 pm. Rev. Keith Howlett will officiate. Interment will take place in the St. John's Anglican Cemetery at a later date.
