MARION DORIS KITCHEN
KITCHEN, MARION DORIS Marion D. Kitchen of Harvey Station passed away March 20, 2007 at her home surrounded by her family. Born at Southampton in 1921, Marion was a daughter of the late G. Lee and Annie L. (Murdoch) Scott. She was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church, the Manners Sutton Sewing Circle, the Golden Age Seniors Club and a past member of the Harvey Goodwill LOBA. Marion is survived by her children, Vernon Kitchen (Muriel), Fredericton, Carol Chessie (Albert), Chipman, Eileen Kearns (Lee), Belleville, ON, Sharon Messer (Ronnie), Harvey Station, Marlene Phillips (Donnie), Harvey Station, Floyd Kitchen (Micheline), Harvey Station and Don Kitchen (Tammie), Saskatoon, SK; nineteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, two sisters, Muriel Maston (Harold) and Elma Chapman, both of Fredericton; a brother, Deverne Scott (Mardel), Durham Bridge; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Milford A. Kitchen in 1981. Resting at Swan Funeral Home, 1826 Highway 3, Harvey Station with visiting hours Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Knox Presbyterian Church, 2412 Highway 3, Harvey Station on Thursday, March 22, 2007 at 3 p.m. with Rev. Bonnie Wynn officiating. Interment will be later at Harvey Settlement Cemetery.
