Passed peacefully away after fighting a courageous battle with cancer at the Miller Center surrounded by loving family and friends on June 21, 2008 at the age of 51. Survived by wife and best friend of 25 years, Donna, sons Michael and Steven and daughter Chanelle, grandsons Damien and Leiland, father and mother Clarence and Liliane, brothers James and John (Cindy) and sister Cynthia (Sylvain), sisters-in-law Nancy (Ron) and Jackie (Bob), many nieces and nephews, special friend Noni, and close friends Norm, Larry, Kathryn, Yvonne, Nancy, Dianne and Shawn as well as a large circle of other relatives and dear friends. The family would like to acknowledge the nurses, doctors and all staff of the Palliative Care Unit at the Miller Center, and also the staff at the Cancer and Chemo Clinic at the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation, as well, Ralph's family doctor Jackie Elliott and Ministers Sandra Tilley and Lynn Courage for showing such kindness and support to Ralph and his family throughout this difficult time. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Monday from 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Mark's the Evangelist Church.
