NORAH MARY MARGARET SINCLAIR

SINCLAIR, NORAH MARY MARGARET The passing of Norah Mary Margaret Sinclair, of Oromocto, NB wife of Lem Sinclair, occurred on Saturday, May 5th, 2007 at the Dr. Everett Chalmer's Regional Hospital. Born on January 9th, 1938 in Blissfield, NB, she was the daughter of Pauline (Brennan) Bowes and the late Murdock Bowes. Norah was employed by the Bank of Nova Scotia for 26 years. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church, the Catholic Women's League and held various positions on the executive committee. She was also a member of the Cancer Survivor's Group, Alzeimer Group and Volks March Walking Club. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, dancing with her husband and dance partner Lem, traveling and enjoying her retirement on many bus tours, shopping trips, and sight seeing tours, and especially enjoyed her trip last November to New York City with her two daughters. Most of all Norah enjoyed spending cherished time with her family. In addition to her husband, Lem, Norah is survived by one son, Richard Sinclair of Oromocto; two daughters, Beth (Barry) Crowell and Brenda (Bobby) Crook both of Waasis; four grandchildren, Cody, Sarah and Samantha Crook and Sarah Crowell; three sisters, Norma (Wayne) Pyne of Kitchener, ON, Carol (Ed) Allies of Penticton, BC, and Madonna (Robert) Clark of Fredericton; one sister-in-law, Mona Bowes of Fredericton; her great aunt, Anne Bowes of Montreal, PQ; her Godson and nephew, Wade Clark of Fredericton; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her father, Norah was predeceased by her son, Timmy; and her brother, Robert Bowes. Visitation will take place at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Lincoln, NB on Monday, May 7th, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at the church on Tuesday, May 8th, 2007 at 12 noon with Rev. Monte Peters as celebrant. Interment will take place in St. Francis of Assisi Church Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the Children's Wish Foundation or to the I.W.K Brain Child Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
