CARL SAMUEL KNOX
KNOX, CARL SAMUEL Carl Samuel Knox born March 6, 1927 in North Forks passed away May 14, 2007 at the Fredericton York Manor. He is survived by wife Alida (Godreau) Knox, sons Gary Knox, Donald (deceased) (Pauline) Knox, Robert (Joan) Knox, Doug Knox; and daughters Debby (Bo) Hansen, and Carol (Bob) Keays; from previous marriage daughters Isabel (John) MacDonald, and Pauline (Steve) Thomas; brother Irvine (Beatrice) Knox as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by parents Samuel and Eliza Knox, brothers Herb and Randolph Knox; and sister, Barb McNeil Visitation will be held at the Minto Funeral Home Wed, May 16 from 7-9pm. A Memorial Service will be held Thurs. May 17 at the Minto Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1000 Pleasant Drive, Minto at 2 pm. Carl was well known in the community. His love of horses and working in the woods was surpassed only by his love to tell stories. Carl retired from the Chipman Chipseal crew in 1993 after 20 years of service.
