RICHARDS, CHRISTINA A. The death of Christina A. Richards, Fredericton, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Saturday, May 19, 2007. She was 91. A native of Peninsula, Quebec, she was the daughter of the late Lewis McGregor and Isabella (Ross) Ascah. She was the last surviving member of her family. She is survived by her husband, Robert D. Richards, Fredericton; one daughter, Barbara Harrigan (Wayne) of Riverview, NB; two grandsons, Eric Harrigan (Monique) of Riverview, Andrew Harrigan (Nathalie) of Quispamsis; one granddaughter, Meredith Buchanan (Andrew) of Fall River, Nova Scotia; great-grandchildren, Drew, Ella, Justin, Emilie and Sarah Harrigan. She was predeceased by first husband, Dennis Perman; sisters, Joyce Husk, Winnie Millar, Muriel Wallace, Connie Ascah, and Maud Ascah; and brothers, Elmer and Laurence Ascah. Funeral service will be held at the chapel of McAdam's Funeral Home, 160 York St., Fredericton on Monday, May 21, at 2 PM with Canon Albert Snelgrove officiating. Interment will take place at the Campbellton Rural Cemetery on May 23 at 2 PM.
