PHYLLIS THELMA PHILLIPS
PHILLIPS, PHYLLIS THELMA Phyllis Thelma Phillips, formerly of Plymouth Road, wife of the late Walter A. Phillips, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2007 at the Central Carleton Nursing Home, Hartland. Born at Upper Prince William, she was a daughter of the late James Robert and Inez Martha (Briggs) Duncan. Phyllis is survived by three sons, Everett Phillips of Southampton, Reginald Phillips (Jeannette) of Southampton, and Darrell Phillips of Woodstock; two daughters-in-law, Pam Phillips of Whitby, Ontario, and Wanda Phillips of Woodstock; a step-sister, Mary McIntyre of Waterville; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Phyllis was predeceased by two sons, Jim Phillips and Bill Phillips; and by two daughters, Ruby McBeth and Beatrice Phillips. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, with visiting on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 3:00 PM from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Leonard Cousins will be officiating, with interment in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery.
