LLOYD ARTHUR POLLOCK

POLLOCK, LLOYD ARTHUR Lloyd A. Pollock of Harvey Station passed away August 12, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born at Harvey Station in 1922, a son of the late Frederick and Verna (Kingston) Pollock. Before his retirement, Lloyd was a self employed trucker and drove a snow plow for a number of years for the Department of Transportation. Together with his wife Marie, he also operated a dairy farm. He is survived by his wife, Marie R. (Harris) Pollock; a sister, Anita Stevenson, Fredericton and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Lloyd was predeceased by two sisters, Thelma Goodine and infant Pearl and a brother, Austin Pollock. Visiting hours will be held at Swan Funeral Home, 1826 Highway 3, Harvey Station on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 2412 Highway 3, Harvey Station on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Bonnie Wynn officiating. Interment will follow in Acton Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Lloyd and Marie's homemakers, Virginia Phillips, Janet Peppin, Gail Duncan and Darlene Hood. Active pallbearers will be Travis Harris, Anthony Clark, Winston Harris, Larry Harris, Alex Harris and Kevin Harris.
