Metereo, Ruth It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on Thursday, October 23, 2008 at the age of 83 years. Predeceased by her parents Mathew and Mary Wilson, infant daughter Leona, husband Pedro, son-in-law Roy, brother George and sister Jean. Ruth is survived by her son Carmine, daughters Nita (Al), Maria (Allan) and Dolores; 8 grandchildren Delilah (Bob), Dwayne (Lorna), Mark (Tammy), Kerry (Krista), Michelle (Jeff), Erinn (Byron), Dean (Tricia), Kara and Joanna; 10 great-grandchildren Cassidy, Olivea, Madison, Jamie, Nicole, Justine, Brennan, Joshua, Kian and Kruz; brother Keith and sister-in-law June. Ruth was born and raised in Lafleche, raised her children in Moose Jaw and Regina. Mom/Grandma spent her last days with family by her side. Ruth will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Diabetes Association.
