Dora Dorosh of Moose Jaw passed away on Saturday, October 25th, 2008 at the age of 92 years. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 29th, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Pastor Bill Thomson of Trinity United Church will officiate with interment at Rosedale Cemetery. Dora was born on June 2nd, 1916 in Buchanan, Saskatchewan. She married her husband John, in 1934 and they moved to Moose Jaw from Canora, Saskatchewan in 1957. Dora is predeceased by her husband John in 1983; two sons George and Danny; 6 brothers Mike, Metro, Henry, Steve, George and Paul; 1 sister Mary; son-in-law George Beattie; 2 sisters-in-law Rose and Mary; and 1 brother-in-law Pete. She is survived by 2 sons Jim (Yone) and Andy (Angie) all of Calgary, Ab.; 1 daughter Donna Beattie of Moose Jaw; sister Kay (Paul) Prokopuik of Canora, Sask.; sister-in-law Martha Danyluk also of Canora, Sask.; daughter-in-law Evelyn of Calgary, Ab.; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
