HANNINGTON, FRANCES "FRAN" L. On Saturday, August 25th, 2007, Frances "Fran" Loretta Hannington of Fredericton went home to be with her Lord. She was 75. Born August 11th, 1932 in Oromocto, NB, she was the daughter of the late Hazen and Gertrude (Ward) Howland. She was Pentecostal by faith and was the owner and operator of Fran's Special Care Home, Fredericton. Surviving are three daughters, Loretta Saulis (Labelle) of Fredericton, Peggy Price (Kendall) of Boiestown and Terry Thorn (Trevor) of Oakville, Ont.; two sons, Alvin Thomas Hannington of Barrie, Ont. and Elwood Joseph Hannington of Fredericton; nine grandchildren; and one great grandson; two sisters, Alice Moxon of Maugerville and Marion Townes of Hamilton, Ont.; an aunt, Christina Howland of Waasis; a half brother, Bob Nason of Fredericton; and a half sister, Mary Ann Shantz of Oakville, Ont.; nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her parents; and a brother, Douglas Howland. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, where visitation will be held Sunday 7 to 9 PM and Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A funeral service will be held from Bishop's Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, August 28th , 2007 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Raymond Woodward officiating. Interment in the Waasis Cemetery. Memorials to the Foreign Missions Dept. or the Home Missions Dept. of the Capital Community Church, Fredericton, would be appreciated by the family. www.bishopsfuneralhome.com
