CHASE, ELIZABETH "BETTY" SHIRLEY Mrs. Elizabeth "Betty" Shirley Chase of White's Mountain, while surrounded by her family went to be with The Lord on August 25, 2007 at the age of 75. Born in Anderson, Westmorland Co. on August 9, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Wesley Crossman and Alma (Bainbridge). Elizabeth is survived by Darrell, her husband of 55 years; two daughters, Diane Trail and her husband, Aubrey of Maugerville, and Charis Boone and her husband, Jeff of Hartland; two sons, Mark Chase and his wife, Karen of Vancouver, and Philip Chase and his wife, Daniela of Innisfil, Ontario; two sisters, Joan Henry of Fredericton and Esther McKnight of Florida; 12 grandchildren, Andrew, Stephen, Heather, Noel, Isaac, Hilary, Nathan, Krista, Joel, Sacha, Tanya and Jonathan; two great grandchildren, Stephen and Annika; as well as several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176).Visitation will be held at the Corn Hill United Baptist Church on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Corn Hill United Baptist Church on Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at 2:00pm. The internment will take place at Newtown Baptist Cemetery.
