CRAWFORD, HAZEN H. The death of Hazen H. Crawford of Minto occurred Tuesday, September 4th, 2007 at the W. G. Bishop Nursing Home. Born in New Zion, he was the son of the late Elmer and Maud (Corey) Crawford. Hazen is survived by daughters, Carol Irvine (Robert) of Bonfield, ON, Sharon Daigle (Omer) of Kouchibouguac, NB, Wendy Bennett (Eric) of Penticton, BC, Glenna Stewart (Leon) of Fredericton; a son, Robert Crawford and their mother, Ruby (Stone) Crawford both of Sturgeon Falls, ON; sons, Gary Crawford of Calgary, Richard Crawford (Nancy), Howard Crawford (Heather) and William (Bill) Crawford (Coleen) all of Minto; many grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Eva M. Crawford in 2004. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home (327-3490) where the family will receive visitors Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm and from where funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Friday, September 7th, 2007 in the Parker Memorial Chapel with Pastor Kris Austin officiating. Interment will follow in the Wallbridge Cemetery, Minto, NB. For those who wish, donations made to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 12, Minto would be appreciated by the family.
