GIBSON, ROBERT JAMES The passing of Robert J. Gibson of Harvey, NB and formerly of Marysville occurred at the Harvey Hospital, on September 9th, 2007. He was 65. Born in Sudbury, Ontario he was a son of the late Clarence and Jean (Henry) Gibson. Robert was a member and trustee of the Harvey Baptist Church, as well as a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Marysville Branch #15, and was retired from the City of Fredericton, Engineering Department. He was an avid woodcarver and enjoyed fishing. He is survived his wife Margaret (Gereau) Gibson; two sons, Robert (Shirley Estey) of Marysville and William of Charlottetown, PEI; Grandson, Colby; brother, William (Bill) Joan of Marysville; sister, Linda Dykeman (Clarence) of Keswick Ridge; sister-in-law, Carol Downs (Michael); several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son, Peter James Gibson; two infant siblings, Jackie and Norman. Although there will be no visitation a funeral service will be held on Wednesday September 12th, 2007 from the Harvey Baptist Church at 2:00 pm with Rev. Laurie Fenerty officiating.
