MOREHOUSE, LENA BEATRICE (COREY) The passing of Lena Beatrice (Corey) Morehouse of Fredericton, NB wife of the late Robert Morehouse, occurred on Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at the Central NB Nursing Home, Boiestown, NB. Born on August 3, 1925 in New Zion, NB she was the daughter of the late I. Gertrude and Bordman Corey. Lena is survived by two daughters, Sharon (Gaylon) Lindsay of Millville, NB and Sandra (Joe) Palmer of Fredericton, NB; three sons, Blain (Juanita) Morehouse of Burtt's Corner, NB, Danny (Lila) Morehouse and Wayne (Nancy) Morehouse both of Fredericton, NB; 17 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, Lena was predeceased by sons, David and Gary; grandson, Billy; sisters, Greta and Beula and brother, Lawrence. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Thursday, September 20, 2007 at 2 pm with Pastor Joe Beesley officiating. Interment will take place in Pickard Merrithew Cemetery, Keswick, NB.
