MUNRO, SANDRA A Sandra A. Munro, of New Maryland passed away September 19 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital after a brief battle with cancer. Born in Sydney N.S. on November 3, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Alex and Anne MacDonald. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother, she will be remembered by all for her laugh and smile. She is survived by her husband, Doug of New Maryland, her son, Scott of Halifax, her son, Todd of New Maryland, her sister, Marie Reaburn and brother-in-law Peter Reaburn of Halifax and her beloved companion, Maggie, her boxer. Visitation will be at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home Fredericton, NB on Friday September 21st, 2007 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the J.A. McAdam Memorial Chapel Saturday on Saturday, September 22nd, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. with Father Ken Weir officiating. Burial will be in the Hermitage Cemetery, Woodstock Road. The family would like to thank Dr. Karyn Broad and the wonderful nursing staff of 4 North West for making Sandi's final days so comfortable.
