MCCANN, LENA GERTRUDE (SHANNON) Lena Gertrude (Shannon) McCann of Enniskillen, N. B. passed away at the Oromocto Public Hospital on October 23, 2007 at the age of 88. Lena is survived by one daughter Doreen Thomas of Tay Creek, four sisters Teresa Livingston, Doreen Lingley (Jerry), Pauline Simpson and Shirley Reid (Norman), three brothers - Greg Shannon (Bev), George Shannon (Doris) and Charlie Shannon (Coleen), 4 grandchildren - Mary-Anne Munn (Buddie), Joe Ogden (Jan), Brent Ogden and Bobby Ogden (Lisa), 15 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, many nieces & nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Edith (McDevitt) and James Edward Shannon, her husband Kenny McCann, one daughter Mary Lorraine, son-in-law Jack Thomas, three sisters - Rosie, Estelle and Mary, four brothers - Billy, Johnny, Paddy and Francis. Relatives and friends are invited to Sunbury Funeral Home on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral service will be from St. Columba Catholic Church on Friday October 26, 2007 at 11 AM with Father Mark Trzop and Father Ken Weir officiating.
