BLACK, ISABELLE ZELLA (NORRAD) It is with great sadness the family wishes to announce the passing of Isabelle Zella (Norrad) Black of Boiestown, NB, wife of Eldon Black, on Friday, November 2, 2007 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 27, 1921 in Fairley (Bloomfield Ridge), NB, she was a daughter of the late Ethelbert and Winnifred (Howell) Norrad. Isabelle was a member of the Holtville United Church and was active with the U.C.W. She also enjoyed quilting. In addition to her husband of 68 years, Isabelle is survived by one son, Manley (Norma) Black of Boiestown, NB; seven daughters, Shirley Spencer (Merrill) of Taxis River, NB, Phyllis Wilson, Ellen Gilker (Brian), Florence Wilson and Zona Ross (Merle) all of Boiestown, NB, Ina Pond (Greg) of Porter Cove, NB and Lana Munn (Dale) of Annapolis Royal, NS; 25 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; three brothers, Peter Norrad, Cecil (Margaret) Norrad, and Alton (Alberta) Norrad all of Bloomfield, NB; one sister, Flossie Munn of Hayesville, NB and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Isabelle was predeceased by eight brothers, Allwyn, Benny, Jack, Ernest, Robin, Starr, Lancey and Vance Norrad; one sister, Zona Munn; and son-in-law, Floyd Wilson. Visitation will take place at Miramichi Valley Funeral Home, 7681 Route 8, New Bandon, NB, on Monday, November 5, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from Miramichi Valley Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at 2pm with Rev. Dr. Beverly Daley officiating. Interment will take place in the Boiestown United Church Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Diabetes Association, Parkinson's Society or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
