ENGEL, HELEN (MURPHY) The passing of Helen Engel (Murphy) of Saskatoon and formerly of Ludlow N.B., occurred on December 31, 2007. She is survived by two sons, Garnet and Jim Engel (Trudy) both of Saskatoon; six grandchildren; one great granddaughter, two brothers; Norman and Reg Murphy (Anne); five sisters, Shirley Fullarton, (George), Tannis Peterkin (Bill), Bertha Shanahan (Reg), Barbara Hunter, Beverley Harvey; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, Elmer; daughter, Wendy; brother, Jack; and parents, Walter and Jean Murphy (Drever). Funeral service will be held on Friday January 4 at the Saskatoon Funeral Home with private internment following. A Memorial service to be held in New Brunswick at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, or The Kidney Foundation Of Canada.
