HUDSON, JOHN JAMES "JACK" P.ENG. It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of a beloved husband, father and grandfather on Saturday, January 12th, 2008, in his 81st year. Jack is survived by his loving wife Eunice, of 57 years, and his children, Jim Hudson of Ancaster, Debbie Miles (John) of Burlington, Heather Johnson (Mike) of Brantford and Isabel Eady (Brian) of Michigan; cherished grandfather of Brendan and Christopher Hudson, John (Candice) and Jamie Miles, Rick (Tara) and Diane Ford and Myles Johnson, Brian, Jordan and Aaron Eady. Dear brother of Eleanor Pirie of New Brunswick, Rev. Gene Hudson (Cheryl) of PEI, Adrian Hudson (Shirley) of New Brunswick, Margaret McAllister (Arnold) of Alberta, Dorothy Riemer (Bruce) of BC and Doug Hudson (Maxine) of New Brunswick. Brother-in-law of Stan Wyville, Norma Collins, Wes Wyville (June), Don Wyville (Shirley), Margaret Hudson and Betty Hudson. Predeceased by his parents John and Doris Hudson, brothers Frederick and Ralph and brothers-in-law Roy Pirie and Art Collins. Jack graduated with honours from the University of New Brunswick as an Electrical Engineer in 1949. He worked at General Electric where he met Eunice. He then went to work at Reliance Electric, Heathkit and retired from Westinghouse Canada as Manager of the Small Transformer Division. Private cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Jack's life on Sunday, January 20th, 2008 at 2:30 pm in the reception room at their condo at Ennisclare on the Lake, 2170 Marine Drive, Oakville.
