Mary Johnson (nee Barber) April 21, 1915 - December 7, 2008 Today, we lost our family's brightest star, our Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother. She joins our Dad, Maxwell (Stout); her only sister, Mag; brothers Les, Jack, Bob, and Hec, all who precede her. Left to cherish her memory are children: Maxine; Larry (Bev); Betty (Gerry); Sharon (Dennis); Joy (Wayne); Don (Cyndi); grandchildren Ron, Jeff, Darren, Kris, Ryan, Tanya, Dana, Jana, Terry, Shauna, Murray, and Gary; numerous great-grandchildren; brothers Mac, and Gord (Monica); brother-in-law John; sisters-in-law Aggie and Ruby; plus extended family members. Love of family and home gave Mom a most satisfying life. The smell of freshly baked bread brought many to her door. Special thanks to the staff at Extendicare for their loving attention to Mom. A visitation for family and friends will take place at W.J.Jones & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday December 10, 2008 at 3:00 pm. No Service by request.
