POLLOCK, DONALD CARL Donald C. Pollock of Harvey, NB passed away February 22nd, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Donald was born in Stanley, NB, a son of Glenna (Pond) Pollock and the late Carl Pollock. He was a self employed trucker and also had worked at the St. Anne Nackawic Pulp Mill and with Georgia-Pacific in McAdam for a number of years. Donald is survived by his wife, Nola M. (Wilson) Pollock; five daughters, Kimberly Pollock, Fredericton, Kathy Patterson (Dale), Karla Walton (Robert), both of Harvey, Donalda Basque (Fernand), Lincoln, and Krista Foster (Ronald), Stanley; nine grandchildren, Michael, John, Tiffany, Wayne, Chad, Kelsie, Chelsie, Jamie and Allison; his mother, Glenna (Pond) Pollock, Dartmouth, NS; one sister, Barbara Dow (Jim), Dartmouth, NS; a sister-in-law, Juanita Pollock, Fredericton Junction; three aunts, Roberta Willet, Della Donovan and Leota Henderson; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, Donald was predeceased by a brother, George Pollock and several aunts and uncles. Visiting hours will be held at the United Pentecostal Church, 2031 Route 3, Harvey Station on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the church on Tuesday, February 26th, 2008 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Roger Cole and Rev. George Clark officiating. Interment in Acton Cemetery. For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Donald, the family has suggested the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Diabetes Association or the Acton Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Burton Toner, Bert Matheson, Everett Harvey and Travis Horncastle.
