McCUTCHEON, LORNA CHRISTINE Lorna C. McCutcheon of Harvey, wife of the late Ernest Clair McCutcheon, passed away at Nashwaak Villa, Stanley, NB on February 26th, 2008. Born at Magaguadavic in 1921, she was a daughter of the late Walter A. And Mary E. (Grieve) Hood. She graduated from Provincial Normal School in 1939 and taught for 35 years in various New Brunswick schools. She was a member of McAdam Legion, All Saints Anglican Church and the ACW. Lorna is survived by a daughter, Patricia Little (James), Harvey Station; two granddaughters, Carla Estabrooks (Dennis), Harvey Station and Monica Wyman (Michael), Quispamsis; two grandsons, Matthew Little (Kathryn) and Mark Little (Andrea), both of Harvey Station; ten great grandchildren; two sisters, Frances Howell, Kingsclear and Thelma Brown, Sussex; one brother, Donald Hood (Lorraine), Magaguadavic; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband in 1993; a sister, Grace Duplissea and an infant sister, Winnifred Hood; three brothers-in-law, Herbert Howell, Orland Brown and Carey Duplissea. Visiting hours will be held at St. Clement's Anglican Church, 6831 Route 102, Dumfries on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 29th, 2008 at 3 p.m. with Rev. Bill MacMullin officiating. Interment will be later at Pine Grove Cemetery, Magaguadavic. In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested donations be made to the All Saints Anglican Church, Pine Grove Cemetery or charity of the donor's choice.
