LAFFERTY, MARY At the Rocmaura Nursing Home, Saint John, on Thursday, February 28th, 2008 Mary Harriet Lafferty, 96 years, daughter of John and Catherine (Kane) Cullion, and widow of Philip Lafferty; Survived by sons Patrick of Chipman, John of Caledonia and Owen of Grimsby, each in Ontario; by daughters Mary (Kelvin) White of Rothesay and Agnes (George) Watson of Barrie, Ontario; by six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; by sisters-in-law, Evelyn Hennessy of Moncton and Joan Cullion of London, Ontario; and brother-in-law, Hector Lafferty of Sussex Corner; by nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers, Edward, Michael, Joseph and JohnCullion, and by sisters, Hannah Pye and Margaret Fleming. Resting at the Chipman Funeral Home until Monday when funeral service will be held from Saint Joseph's Catholic Church at 11:30 a.m. with Father Peter Stephen officiating. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Spring interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
