HOSSACK, GLORIA IZELLA The passing of Gloria Izella (Ross) Hossack, wife of the late Roy Hossack of Fredericton, occurred on March 1, 2008 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital in Fredericton. Born in Holtville on September 4, 1937, Gloria was a daughter of the late Harold and Gladys (Lyons) Ross. Gloria is survived by three sons, Billy (Brenda), Wayne (Shirley) and Dale, all of Fredericton, NB; three daughters, Donna (Jean-Marc) Doucet, Angela (Gerald) Grasse, both of Fredericton, NB and Paula Bulger (Claude Ringuette) of Burton, NB; two brothers, Buddy (Olga) Ross of Boiestown, NB and Murray (Rachel) Ross of Fredericton, NB; five sisters, Rowena (Winston) Hunter of Fredericton, Pauline Urquhart of Taymouth, NB, Brenda (Bobby) Sparks, Ruth Betts and Daisy (Chuck) Gillis, all of BC; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, Gloria was predeceased by a sister, Christina Beers. Although there will be no visitation, a family graveside service will take place at the Williamsburg Community Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of donors choice and would be appreciated by the family.
