CRABBE, FRANCES ESTHER (BURLOCK) Frances Crabbe, formerly of Juniper, NB passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at Pine Grove Nursing Home in the presence of her loving family. Born on December 5, 1910, Frances was the daughter of Annie (MacKinnon) and Benjamin Burlock; and was predeceased by her husband, Arnold R. Crabbe (1970). Loving mother to Patricia (Bill) Goobie and Graydon (Joan) Crabbe; cherished grandmother to Paul (Dawn) and Jon (Camilla) Goobie, Philip, Mathew and Mitchell Crabbe; and proud great grandmother to Emma, Zack, Jim and Charlotte Goobie, Frances will be sadly missed. Frances grew up in Bannon, NB and was sister to John, Bythia, David, Perley, Lewis, Helen, Geneva, Georgie, Margaret, Viola, Ruby, Glenna and Vivian. A kind and generous soul who always had tea and biscuits ready for anyone who dropped by, she loved her family and her home. She was a great friend and quilted with the same partners for more than 45 years. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton NB on Monday, March 10th, 7 to 9 pm and Tuesday, March 11th from 1 to 2 pm, followed by the funeral in the T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, York Funeral Home at 2 pm. Reception to follow in the Fireside Room. Burial will be in the Cloverdale Cemetery, at a later date.
