DICKEY, T. LLOYD At White Rapids Manor in Fredericton Junction, Lloyd Dickey of Lincoln, NB passed away on Saturday March 8, 2008 at the age of 77. Born in Parrsboro, NS, he was a son of the late Harry and Janie (Bowden) Dickey. Lloyd was employed as a heavy equipment mechanic with LaHave Equipment for 23 years. He was a member of the I.O.O.F. Victoria Lodge, having joined in 1958; a member of the Masonic Lodge 32 F&AM Fredericton; a member of the Shriners Luxor Temple, Fredericton. He is survived by his wife, Thelma; two sons, Calvin Dickey, Carl (Anne) Dickey all of Lincoln; a grandson, Michael (Chrissy) Dickey of Oromocto West; three great-grandsons, Cameron, Ashton and Preston; two brothers, Ralph (Judy) Dickey of Halifax, NS and Gordon (Shirley) Dickey of Brookfield, NS; a sister, Helen Hutt of Wolfville, NS; nieces and nephews. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton with visitation on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Wesley United Church in Lincoln on Tuesday March 11 at 1:00 pm. With Rev. Brian MacDonald officiating. Interment will be held in the Lower Lincoln Cemetery at a later date.
