HENRY BORDEN SIMONS
SIMONS, HENRY BORDEN Henry Borden Simons of Tracy, NB passed away at the Doctor Everett Chalmers Hospital on March 16, 2008 at the age of 68. Henry is survived by his wife, Dianne (Sullivan) Simons; two daughters, Donna Nason and Kathy Mersereau (Thomas) both of Tracy; one son, Rick Simons of Fort St. John BC; five sisters, Grace Smith, Shirley Walsh (Skip), Jean Benjamin (Glen), Mary McKay (Donnie), Ellen Gillis (Danny) all of Nova Scotia; five brothers, Jack (Sharon) of NS, Art (Norene), Edward (Hilda), Donnie, Kenny (Gayle) all of British Columbia; eight grandchildren, Gregory, Katherine, Ben, Kara, Jake, Kaylee, Michelle and Jesse; several nieces and nephews. Henry was a member of the Armed Forces in the Black Watch and RCR as a heavy and light duty mechanic. Henry was a member Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 55, Gladstone Curling Club and Black Watch Association. He is predeceased by his parents, Grace (Fountain) and Arthur Simons; and one brother, Gordon. There will be a Legion Tribute at 6:30 pm with visitations to follow at Nu-Life Pentecostal Church, Tracy, NB. on Tuesday from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be from Nu-life Pentecostal Church on Wednesday, March 19 at 1 pm. with Pastor Richard McFadgen officiating. Interment in the Tracy United Baptist Cemetery at a later date.
