FORTUNATO, LEO DONALD Leo Donald Fortunato, born April 5, 2007 died on Earth Day, April 22, 2008. Beloved little brother of Emma. Adored son of Sarah and Mario. He was surrounded with love by many friends, neighbours and his family, near and far. We would like to express our gratitude to all those who cared for Leo at Dr Everett Chalmers, the IWK in Halifax, the Neuromuscular Clinic at McMaster in Hamilton and special thanks to the Extra-mural team in Fredericton. Donations may be made to Mitochondrial Disease research at www.mitomarch.ca to honour Leo's life. Funeral service will be held at St. Paul's United Church on Sunday, April 27th at 2:00 pm. Bishop's Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
