RICHARDS, JOHN WILLIAM The passing of John W. Richards of Lincoln, NB occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Sunday, May 11, 2008 at the age of 56. Born in Fredericton, NB, he was a son of John William Richards Sr. and the late Marie Mona (Furlought) Richards. John spent his working years in the auto industry, the last 15 years with Napa Auto Parts. He was a member of the Capital Area Model Building Society as well as a very avid model builder and collector, also loved the Nascar Racing Series. Survived by his wife, Lynn (McCrea) Richards; a son, Kyle; brother, Todd of Fredericton; sister, Laura of New Maryland; mother-in-law, Martha "Dolly" McCrea of Fredericton. Predeceased by his mother; father-in-law, Malcolm "Mac" McCrea; aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be held Wednesday May 14, 2008 at Bishop's Funeral Home from 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday May 15, 2008 from Bishop's Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 pm, with Rev. David Brewer officiating. Interment will be held at a later date.
