CRAIN, DELLA MAE The passing of Della Mae Crain of Fredericton, NB, wife of Perley Crain, occurred on May 15, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on March 25, 1925 in Dumfries, NB, she was the daughter of the late Jessie (Lockhart) and Harry Love. Della attended the St. James Presbyterian Church. She was a member of the Southampton Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Branch #27. In addition to her husband, Della is survived by her daughters, Marguerite Yerxa of Davidson Lake, Rena Brewer of Burtt's Corner; sons, Bertrum (Lila) of Hainesville, Leslie (Susan) of New Market; 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; sister, Edna (David) Corey of Nackawic; brothers, Vernon (Alleen) Love of Nackawic, Edwin (Zula) Love of Smithers, BC, George Love of Lynton, BC; daughter-in-law, Linda; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents; Della was predeceased by daughter, Audrey; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; sister, Mary Montgomery; brother, Lewis Love. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Friday, May 16, 2008 from 7 to 9 pm with a Legion tribute service at 7 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Saturday at 11am. Interment will take place in Barony Cemetery.
