JUSTASON, KATHLEEN MAE (STUART) At the Pine Grove Nursing home, Fredericton NB on May 16, 2008, Mrs. Kathleen Mae (Stuart) Justason, formerly of Blacks Harbour NB and wife of the late Percy Justason. Born at Deer Island NB on June 4, 1907, she was a daughter of the late Josephine and Bibber Stuart, and twin sister of the late Christine Gaudet. A loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by one daughter, Alice (Harry) Jones of Fredericton; seven grandchildren, Jeffery Parsons of Fredericton, Derrick Parsons of Sudbury ON, Linda (Rick) Cross of Fredericton, Debbie (Jim) Dooley of Ellens House NS, Alicia (Dan) Freeman of Saint John NB, Lori (Brian) Jones-Clark and Brian (Raena) Jones both of Fredericton; 13 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. Kathleen was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was predeceased by one daughter, Madeline Parsons; one son, Raymond Justason, sisters; twins, Grave Glennie and Mildred Hawkins, Marion Lambert; one brother, Chauncy Stuart and several nieces and nephews. Kathleen lived most of her life in Blacks Harbour where she was employed by Connors Bros. for 60 years, beginning work at 10 years old. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist United Church and a life member of the Missionary Society. The Service will he held from the Calvary United Baptist Church in Blacks Harbour on Tuesday at 1:00 pm with interment following at Blacks Harbour Community Cemetery. A reception will he held at the church Vestry following the interment. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Pine Grove Foundation, 521 Woodstock Road, Fredericton NB E3B 2J2, the Calvary Baptist Church, Blacks Harbour NB or to a charity of the donor's choice.
