RUSSELL, KATHERINE GERTRUDE Katherine (Kitty) Russell of Fredericton, N.B. passed away on June 26, 2008 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. She was a member of St. Dunstan's Catholic Church. Born in Chatham, N.B. she was the daughter of the late Percy and Matilda Johnston. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 61 years, Harold A. Russell and by her children, Gail Russell of Vancouver, BC; Ronald Russell of Spruce Grove, AB and Bryan Russell of Saint John, NB; and Two grandchildren, Katie and Adam. She is also survived by her sisters, Helen Richard of Chatham, N.B and Edna Leslie of Stoney Creek, ON, and predeceased by Evelyn Wilt. She will be deeply missed by all of her wonderful friends and family. Katherine was a dedicated church goer and incredibly compassionate and caring person and mother. Her kind and gentle soul will be missed by all. The family will receive visitors at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home, 160 York Street, Fredericton on Monday, June 30th, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Dunstan's Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 1st, 2008 at 12:00 noon with Rev. Gerald White as celebrant.
