DOUCETTE, GARY WAYNE (GIBBY) Surrounded by his family Gary Wayne Doucette of Fredericton, NB passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Kentville, NS on April 17th, 1953, he was the son of David and Florence Doucette. He was employed as a civilian at CFB Gagetown for 35 years, and was the president of the Oromocto ATV club for 10 years. Survived by his parents; three sisters, Joanne (Jim) Doucet, Cathy (Don) Loretta and Susan (Kevin) Billinghurst; two brothers, Paul (Marion) Doucette and David Doucette; four nieces and four nephews. He is also survived by several grand-nieces and grand-nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will take place at the Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home on Friday, July 4, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Oromocto, NB on Saturday, July 5, 2008 at 3 pm. Rev. Ken Weir as celebrant.
