JENNETTE MARGUERITE DYKEMAN
DYKEMAN, JENNETTE MARGUERITE The death of Jennette Marguerite Dykeman of Minto, NB occurred Saturday, July 12, 2008 at the WG Bishop Nursing Home at the age of 92. Born in North Clones, Queens Co. NB, she was the daughter of the late Alwood and Margaret (Armstrong) Dunn. Jennette was a loving and generous wife, mother and mother in law, she taught school in various parts of New Brunswick, moving to Minto in 1942 where she taught school until retirement. She was an associate member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Minto and a faithful member of St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church. Survived by her daughter, Margaret (Joanne) Nicholson and son in law (Larry) of Minto, NB; great niece, Vanessa Dunn of Sussex; great nephews, Matthew Dunn of Sussex, Phillip Dunn of Alberta; great great nephews, Tyler McFarlane and Wyatt Matthew Dunn of Sussex; great great niece, Julie Dawn Dunn of Alberta. In addition to her parents, Jennette was predeceased by her husband Ronald Dykeman in February 2008; daughter, Constance Marie (Connie) in 1954; brothers, John, Edward and Oliver Dunn; sister, Evaline Prosser; infant brother and sister, Agnes and Charles; nephew, Douglas Dunn, great great nephew J. J. McFarlane. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home 327-3490 with visiting Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Service will be held 11:00AM Tuesday, July 15th, 2008 from St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, Minto, NB with Rev. John Sharpe officiating. Interment will take place in the church cemetery.
