KENNEDY, BARBARA MARIE The death of Barbara Kennedy occurred on Friday, August 8th, 2008 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Daughter of the late James and Catherine Cecilia (McIntyre) Kelly and wife to Charles Kennedy of Fredericton, NB. Barbara is survived by her husband Charles; two sons, Charles C. Kennedy (Heather) of Fredericton, NB and Michael R. Kennedy (Susan) of Calgary, AB; two grandchildren, Nicholas and Jonathan Kennedy; siblings, James Kelly (Sally) and Verus Nolan (Leo) both of Glace Bay, NS; sister-in-law, Catherine Kelly of Glace Bay, NS as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by her parents; her siblings, Edward Kelly and Theresa MacMullin as well as one brother-in-law, Daniel MacMullin. Visitation will be held at Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 12th, 2008 from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, August 13th, 2008 at 11:00 am with Fr. Ken Weir as celebrant. Interment will occur in the St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Cemetery with a reception to follow.
