EDGETT, ROBERT ''BOB'' A. Robert "Bob" A. Edgett, 90, of the Veterans Health Centre, Moncton, NB and formerly of Gunningsville, NB (Riverview), passed away at his residence on Saturday, August 16, 2008. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Ansel and Ella Louise (Rae) Edgett. Bob was a retired CNR machinist (40 years service), member of St. John's United Church, an Honorary Church Elder and served his church in various other capacities in past years. He was Past President of the Machinist Union #594, member of CN Pensioners Association, the Buckskinners Muzzleloading Association, Moncton Legion Branch # 6 and was a Veteran of World War II, having served with the Royal Canadian Navy for over five years. Bob will be sadly missed by his daughter, Susan Kristensen, Penticton, BC; son, Robert "Bob" (Lisa), Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Kathryn, Natalie; sister, Jessie Brown, Calgary, AB; one niece; five nephews. In addition to his parents, predeceased by his wife Mary (O'Neill) Edgett (2003); infant son, Lawrence. No visitation by personal request. Moncton Legion Branch # 6, Memorial Service, Friday, August 22, 2008, 11:00 am followed by the funeral service, Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton, NB (506-858-1995), Rev.
