Born in Calgary, AB, he is the son of Stephen Colwell (Kim) of Fredericton, NB, and Jeanie (Colwell) Brebner of Fredericton, NB. Brad is survived by his parents; one sister, Janna Colwell of Toronto, ON; one brother, Bryan Colwell of Fredericton, NB and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
