BEULAH FLETCHER

FLETCHER, BEULAH The death of Beulah Fletcher of Fredericton, NB, occurred at the York Manor Nursing Home on Saturday, September 27th, 2008. Born in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Guy and Alice (Phillips) Fletcher. Beulah worked for NBTEL for 34 years starting as an operator then moving up to a Clerk position before her retirement. She was a loving and caring sister, who treasured time spent with her family and friends. She was very dedicated to helping others and volunteered for many years at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital where you could often find her teaching Ceramic Painting on 3NE. The family wishes to express a special thank you to Judy and her staff at Farraline Place for the wonderful care and compassion of Beulah as well as York Manor Nursing Home and DECH. She will be sadly missed by her friends and family. Survived by two brothers, Ron Fletcher (Barbara) of Fredericton and Earle Fletcher of Fredericton; two special nieces Natalie and Stephanie Fletcher as well as many other nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, brothers, Keith, John and Byron Fletcher. Visitation will be held at McAdam's Select Community Home on Tuesday, September 30th, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the J. A. McAdam Memorial on Wednesday, October 1st, 2008 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Joyce Perry will officiate. Interment will be in the Fredericton Rural Cemetery Extension at a later date.
