ELLIS, ELTA DOROTHY The death of Elta Dorothy Ellis of Chipman, NB, occurred Sunday, September 28th, 2008 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. Born in Hardwood Ridge, NB, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary (McAllister) Prince. Survived by a son Allison Ellis (Joyce) of Chipman, NB; two grandchildren, Krista Blyth (Kim) and Taralee Russell; five great-grandchildren, Allie, Jarrett, Nicholas, Grace and Phillip; a sister, Thelma Jones (William) of Toronto, ON. In addition to her parents, Elta was predeceased by her husband William Ellis and an infant brother. Resting at the Grand Lake Community Chapel, 43 Main St. Chipman, NB with visiting Tuesday evening from 7-9pm. The Ladies Auxiliary, branch #74, will hold a tribute service on Tuesday evening at 6:30PM and the Eastern Star will hold a tribute service at 6:45PM. A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, October 1st, 2008 from the Second Chipman United Baptist Church with Pastor D. Egers officiating.
